Mozambique, Mauritius, Zanzibar, Seychelles, and then private islands such as Thanda Island, or Miavana, in Madagascar, Benguerra island off Mozambique, to name but a few. Often they are within an easy morning or afternoon flight from your safari areas, and you can be on a safari drive in the morning, and snorkelling in the warm Indian ocean , by that afternoon.
